ASSISTANT HEAD OF DEPARTMENT 2022 - present. 

CURRICULUM AREA LEADER (like HOD) 2018 to 2022. 

Courses include: IB Art, AP2D Art, Digital Photography, Digital Graphic Design, Studio Art. Take students on annual art trip to Venice Art/Architecture Biennale. Art Club advisor. Pastoral care of Advisory students 3x week. Extended Essay/CAS advisor. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum writing, sharing of ideas, critique own practice and discuss with colleagues. Lead one week-plus trips in Morocco and Europe. Morocco: to do Educational Service work in small villages to keep children, specifically girls learning in the summertime, to increase chances of returning to school in the autumn.  Europe: Portugal: how refugees and tourism has affected Portuguese culture.  Germany: Berlin History including Holocaust camp, focus on refugee influence and situations, Romania: Habitat for Humanity breaking down/rebuilding. Switzerland: Journalism Workshop, supporting students in writing their individual stories.  Member: Learning Space Committee, Sustainability Committee, Global Art Teacher's Exchange.
